Brampton East Blades U-14 Boys Emerge as National Soccer Champs

The 2016 National Soccer Championship was held in Moncton, New Brunswick and Ontario was represented in the boys U-14 Division by the Brampton East Blades.

The Final Gold Medal game was held on Monday Oct 14th between the Blades and BC’S Frazer Valley. The game was a tight affair, but the Blades emerged with a 1-0 win on a free kick in the first half by Joraver Gill.

The Blades won the right to represent Ontario as Provincial Champs. Unlike many other organizations that received municipal funding support, the Blades paid their own way to the National Competition. Kudo’s to the coaches, players and parents for their dedication and commitment to supporting sports and representing Brampton on the National stage. Congratulations!
