Inspired by the International Climate Change Conference in 2015, Sahaja Yoga meditation volunteers started the initiative Realization Awareness in Nations ( R.A.I.N) to Heal Mother Earth (M.E). They had their First Public Program in Brampton over the weekend which was very well attended.
Their goal is to maintain and increase awareness through self-realization meditation and interactive workshops. They offer a Life De-Stress Program for Youth and mental health through a chakra system that can reduce stress, improve health and realize inner calm and peace.
