When attending an event at Professor’s Lake Recreation Centre, it is crucial to bring sunscreen and a hat. Wearing sunscreen is fundamental to preventing sun burn, and even skin cancer.
If you are trying to avoid the scorching sun altogether, Professor’s Lake Recreation Centre has a clean and safe indoor facility with community rooms, a snack bar and washrooms. There are also outdoor trails in the shade, courtesy of the canopy of trees that surround the area.
